“Since the 2018 election, I have had people reach out to me asking for help and support in Frankfort,” said Dennis Horlander. “Sometimes life throws you some curveballs. My health issues have been resolved and I am ready to run and work hard for the people of the 40th District once again. I am humbled and grateful for the ongoing support and encouragement I’ve had to run for this office, and I look forward to getting out and working for the citizens as their voice in the General Assembly and to actually get things done.”
Horlander’s platform includes voting rights for felons, healthcare access, medical marijuana, infrastructure and economic development issues. “It’s time to work together in a bipartisan fashion to pass legislation and a budget that will actually benefit the people of Louisville and Shively.”
